Statement
When I paint an abundance of thoughts, feelings and emotions flood my mind, becoming
the subject matter of my work. The power of thought is the most significant element of our
spirit and soul. The feelings, opinions and emotions within us create and shape our personalities,
values and beliefs. Our own reality is a projection of our thoughts that are in harmony with
ourselves and our actions. Our thoughts and state of being go hand in hand and together they
create the experience we call life. In my minds eye, these senses are bursting with color,
vibrancy and energy. I choose to portray my minds pulsating essence with corresponding colors,
shapes and compositions.
Artist
Biography
At the age of 6, I began painting and expressing myself visually. From a very
young age I realized the importance of happiness and living out your dreams, which I choose
to fulfill through painting and my own creations.
After graduating from All Saints Anglican School in November 2005, in my home
country Australia, I decided to take a year long journey to the United States to reveal newfound
inspiration through exploring and experiencing the American Culture.
Rhode Island is my father's hometown, so I have always had a connection with the
beautiful state of Rhode Island. My family and I lived in West Warwick when I was younger;
however my parents preferred the constant sunshine and relaxed lifestyle of Australia and decided
to reside in the Southern Hemisphere.
